We have been offering life coaching for employees of small, medium-sized and large companies throughout Germany for over 14 years. We become the personal assistant to the employees of our client companies. Our services, also known as the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), include lectures, consultations, coaching, the provision of services and individual support in employees' everyday lives and careers. benefit at work was founded in 2010 by managing partner Renate Echtermeyer. The company is based in Potsdam and today employs 35 people who put their heart and soul into looking after their employees' affairs.

At benefitatwork.de, your employees can see the range of support services we offer them at a glance. Numerous forms of assistance can be called up directly there and further services can be booked very easily. For all other questions, your employees can simply contact us via the service portal.

Personal service for your employees

Standard solutions do not help with many individual problems. That's why our employees can be contacted personally at any time, whether for simple information, detailed advice, support or specific problem solving. And by any time, we mean any time, 365 days a year - and even one day more every four years.

Comprehensive information available at any time

We have compiled extensive information, guides, instructions and tutorials for numerous recurring issues, which are available to your employees online at any time and are constantly updated. The content has been carefully compiled taking into account the latest studies, legal framework conditions and tax requirements and is available as online texts, videos or for download - as a comprehensive all-in-one offer exclusively for the employees of our contractual partners, it is often the quickest and most reliable way to solve numerous everyday tasks.

Active communication to your employees

We support you in making our service known to your employees. In a kick-off event, we explain our concept, present the wide range of services and show how your employees can make the best possible use of them. In employee brochures, cards, posters and newsletters, we regularly remind employees of our services and introduce new topics. We also organize regular information events and presentations on topics such as home care, childcare and health, to which we invite your employees.

For you without additional expense and free of cost risks

When you work with us, there are no additional costs for you: your employees receive free access to our service portal, all information and services as well as personal advice seven days a week. You pay a fixed annual fee for this, so there is no cost risk. You also receive regular anonymized evaluations and can check that your investment is paying off.
